[Forums] Recent Topics: show new replies instead of new threads

I think a lot of forumstuff kind of gets lost on here thru only new threads being shown in the "recent topics" sidebar, and i'd rather see what kinds of threads people are *responding* to and not just new threads being made! i like forums and i like being able to be active on them, and i think this could help a little in making things actually look more active to encourage users to be in here more as well :]

If you look in a specific category, that's already how it works. Recent just shows newest stuff which can be helpful for sales and such. If you want to see posts that are most relevant because of responses, then you can click on any forum category :)

No support since I find recent topics super helpful. Maybe alternatively there could be another option to either view recent topics or most relevant topics? But no support on the original idea.

I do support this but I think they should make a fourth tab instead of changing the current one because recent topics is still useful.

So like

Recent Topic, Recent Reply, Subscribed, My Posts

Because it really is annoying checking through all the different sub-forms looking to see if anyone has commented after you on a discussion.

And I think it might cause more engagement if you could see what posts are hot with activity
