Scammed on LW (for art) --- Staff Ignores for Months

I paid someone (sent a trade w/ item) for an art commission to an artist. It's been a month; they immediately accepted the item, then disappeared from the site and don't reply in their commission thread or in PM's. I've gotten no replies, no WIPs or updates. Is a support ticket the best action to take here?

@foxbunny It will be the Support Team that reaches out to you, if there hasn't been a response after 14 days to your ticket, then I would recommend re-sending a ticket explaining the situation to bump your ticket.
