Pack Differences

So I have a pretty basic understanding of what differentiates the four main packs, but I also find myself feeling like they're pretty.. indistinct? Or I guess they sorta lack any particular flair for me. Does anyone else feel the same, or am I just too checked out from the lore in general?

I'm aware they do have their differences! Though I personally kinda ended up speeding through the last half of the campaign out of boredom so it all ended up blending together by the end for me. It doesn't help there's not really a place to re-read any of what happened to really chew on any details.
