Some very good pointers you all have had! Overall, some very nice discussion.

I’ve gotten halfway through level 5 since I posted this, and that’s after grinding for an hour or two yesterday.

Bravo to those who have gotten through the whole thing. Moonblessings upon your fingers. Ha

I finished the battle pass last night OTL it was brutal. Once this event is over I'm taking a break. But I'm too anxious to stop grinding until I have all the items I need, and I'm not even close :')

I just finished my battle pass yesterday and dear actual god that was painful. I hope everyone is taking breaks while grinding and taking a long one after finishing it. Best of luck to y'all!

I hope the team doesn't think casual players can whip through these like some people did in the first week. I'm just now almost done with level 9 and for a casual player like me I'm nervous I might run out of time on stage 10. I've played a lot more than normal too, with a full time job, just to get to those levels. I had a carpal tunnel flare the first week from FOMO grinding and took a couple days to rest. Now I just let the battles play out and take it easy as my hands can't spam refresh.

barely into 4, cause arena infuriates me too much, idk how ya'll are going through that so fast.

So I finished my pass yesterday or the day before. My first thoughts were that the Tier 10 rewards weren’t all that great. I think the eye Besprinklers and the 1k tickets maybe should have been Tier 10. I don’t really have anything to do with Ashes yet and, while I was happy to get the final piece of that apparel set, I already had bought a second set by then already.

Overall, I don’t think the time it took me was too ridiculous. Just overly monotonous. Mixing up the tasks with profession work and getting rid of the really long tasks (I.e. 60 merges, 10 boss defeats, 60 Explores) would make the process smoother and speed up progression. I probably won’t mess with the event again now, and that does make me a bit sad. I got a lot of the retiring apparel, but I think only one of each of the companions. Tbf I also bought some consumed companions which could have gone towards retiring stuff.

Maybe the items could very rarely drop from fights in Icerun instead of loot boxes? Just sad it won’t be so easy to get in the future. (Not that this was particularly easy per se, but I want to put it on all of my wolves which is like…impossible right now.)

I got to level 2 on the pass, and then 7/30 progress for level 3. Which left me feeling so very burnt out early on, and the increasing number of repetitive activities required to move onto the next didn't help so I just gave up and stopped wanting to progress any further.

I'm capping out at finishing level 9. I got one copy of all the apparel and of the retiring companions, as well as an extra copy of the two 250 cost ones. Didn't get all the consumed companions but eh. I don't think I could mentally bring myself to completing level 10 and buying extra copies of the apparel and everything. Level 10 rewards don't interest me that much so I don't feel that much pressure to grind it out like the previous levels.
