Imaginary Items Hype

I don't want to make a suggestion, I just want to GET HYPE about imaginary items in light of the upcoming Cooking rebalance. After some thought, I realized that even if stamina gets nerfed... they are already nerfing the need for stamina. Golden Pickaxe, anyone?

I was so excited about the pickaxe that I spent all my AA tickets on the fishing festival -- I'm hoping for a Golden Rod and stamina-free fishing!I am HYPE (for the possibility)!

The cooking balance made me think about other items they could eventually add... some sort of Adventurer's Backpack item that you can equip to wolves and lower campaign stamina usage (maybe from 5 stamina to 1 per explore!? or it auto-refeeds your wolves when in campaign!?) would be SO COOL. And a worthwhile goal to grind for, again and again... since you want to use different wolves and companions in different area of Loria! :)

Any imaginary items you'd like to see added to the game? Anyone else have their paws crossed for a Golden Rod?

I don't think I'm as excited for the future of no-stamina cost items. While I understand the usefulness, it limits stamina to gauntlet & campaign (eventually), and I'm not too sure how well that will affect cooking at all. It does take quite a while to go to the mining level to get the pickaxe, and I feel if they do a fishing tool in the same way, then fishing would need a little rework to upgrade rods per area or have a specific level cap to buy said recipe. It wouldn't make sense to crafting-cap it.
Apart from that, I think auto-feeding wolves in campaign leads to the potential for more bugs and abuse as you would be missing a step. & I think dropping the stamina for explore could result in food being overabundant as it is now. This is all conjecture on my part- I haven't done any in-depth calculations on it, so it may be coming from a place of ignorance.
I think the one thing I'm looking forward to is the potential for altering cooking slots. It's a pain to cook complex recipes as they are now because they don't reward enough stamina for the cooking time (5 stam to 20 stam in a minute, 35 stam to 40 stam in three minutes- doesn't seem even) and take too many slots for cooking. Cooking certain complex recipes takes a decent amount of babysitting.

Yes, to be true, I actually don't have the golden pickaxe recipe, I traded items with my friend for my copy. So I am not sure what (crafting) level it's locked behind. But I still do like the idea that there will be fun items to work towards that offer sufficient rewards.

If we do get a rod, it would be a convenient way to multitask a wolf for fishing and hunting for example. And hunting is a stamina eater for sure.

I think it would be cool to give buff + de-buff items that are a little more accessible and affordable than the golden pickaxe, and they give you a reward but at an active cost. So like, maybe a golden cape or something that discounts stamina cost in campaign but reduces the odds of getting wild wolf encounters (or vice versa, an item that increases stamina cost but increases odds of wild wolf encounters).

It'd be an interesting option at the very least because you could customize to your gameplay style or vary it by wolf to mix things up.
