i was invited by a friend a few days ago and i've been having a blast so far. the gameplay loop feels nicely tuned to be engaging but not overly addicting or frustrating.. though i'm definitely in my ooh-new-shiny-thing phase and i'll see how things feel once i've settled in a little more. i've played a handful of other petsites in the past (primarily flight rising) and it's always so interesting to see how different each one is! really curious to see how lorwolf expands over the years ^^
my progens are based off of two of my fursonas. the colours are really close! i love the variety of colours available, and i'm looking forward to getting into custom apparel when i've built up more savings. right now i'm just trucking along in the campaign, leveling up my wolves and professions, trying not to spend everything i have on pretty apparel... the usual i presume!
i think in the new year i want to take a shot at making adopts - i did a lot of them on flight rising and i really enjoyed them. what's the vibe/culture/market like on commissions and adopts here? what kind of prices do adopts and custom commissions go for in in-game currency? what's the, uhh, pebble/moonstone ratio? are there shorthand names for things on the site or other fun lingo? i haven't poked around the forums too much yet.
