I finally got my third friend from campaign! She is very pink, but she's going to make a very pretty direwolf.

And now I'm at 2.6% befriend rate, which is still abysmal, but not quite as bad as it was...

All in all - I never once got a WW from the Wild Wolf encounter. I don't know if there's some sort of trick to do to actually get them, but they're not easy!
