I know they buy KS companions, but does anyone ever buy other ones? I spent a lot of time playing the arena and people don’t seem to buy those companions even listed at great prices, and it takes a lot of work to get them. Playing the arena feels kind of pointless sadly. This site feels like a lot of work and no play sometimes.

I think people may don't buy arena companions because if they want some of them they just farm arenas for themselves. This is what I do. Actually, whatever I want and it is obtainable by gameplay I just get playing game. Only think I ever buy from Flea Market are KS crane, wolves and moonstones.

Ofc, it's only my point of view on the matter. I know people buying food and knucklebones too.

I've bought a lot of companions! MS are just so precious, I feel like I need to hoard them, and I'm constantly spending down my pebbles so I don't have enough for the arena ones.... I just need to commit to saving >.> Thank you for your hard Arena service, I've only played the game mode a couple times because it takes so long!

I sell the amulets that pull Kapros (Kaproses? Kapri? help), but I don't sell other ones. I know a few of people do well selling the Arena companions, but that's because they're a timed grind. Though, I think the prices on them are slowly lowering over time.

I try to earn what I need, so I haven't touched the KS companions and slowly work up my tickets for the weekly companions.

Thank you for replying! I know MS are hard to come by. I just feel like I’ve put a lot into the game and haven’t gotten a whole lot back in return like I do with other game sites. Everything I want, I seem to have to buy with real money (ms) so it doesn’t feel like a game to me sometimes. I mean, I don’t mind spending money and donating to the site, but it seems like that’s all I do if I want something. Maybe it’s just me though. And thank you @beanutbutter! Oh yes @twicup- I’ve seen the amulets. I’ve bought and resold the stork, but it’s only about 10 Ms and takes a while to get it. And you’re right about the arena being a timed grind. I do understand that, but the arena is usually completely empty when I play - just bots- so idk what’s going on there. I was doing the dailies/weekly companions and saving up, but I really got tired of it and so have been on hiatus here for about a month. Too much work and not enough play/giving back. I know a couple other people feel the same way, so this might be good constructive criticism? Idk, but I want this site to do well. I love wolves.

I bought one or two arena companions; I collect all companions and was sort of paying an impatience tax on them. I would say campaigning is a much more time efficient way to make MS (specifically selling nice wild wolves). I enjoy arena more from a fun standpoint but until achievements came out, there wasn't much payoff to them, you're right.

@Husky I used to campaign a lot too. I haven’t had any luck with nice WW, but I was able to buy/trade for some that I have. I don’t have much apparel yet which I’d love to buy. I designed a foreground here way back. I realized I should have made it smaller, but I don’t want to pay again to fix it. That mistake is totally on me, but I don’t like that I can’t take it out of the flea market. It just continues to be there. I don’t like the fact that I don’t have control over my art pieces. After we design something, all the pieces should go in our inventory automatically, like with FR. I don’t like how you have to decide beforehand where you want your pieces to go and how many. I mean, people change their minds.

i bought an arena companion once! but aside from KS, the rest of the companions i've got myself. it feels like there's a natural progression toward all of them (or they're available in the MM). arena companions i can understand being more lucrative because not everybody likes to do arena.

I did buy a Sunstriker Torcine a while back, when it was still part of the meta for a great Gauntlet team. And I have purchased some companions from the FM, but usually just extras of ones I want that stock on the MM that I don't want to have to wait for (like the Radiant Kuzma, my beloved, give me your sweet XP rewards). Other than that, I did purchase a KS Krane way back in the beginning by trading for it with a G2 Bracchus pup before the prices dropped down.

The reason I'm not particularly interested in any of the other arena-only companions (the Torcines and Pinchers) is because they don't have much use outside of looking really cool. Torcines are not longer the meta for Gauntlet, and Pinchers are only useful for the synergies they give in certain Hunting quests. Keep in mind that my gameplay might not be the norm and my opinions on companions are the minority.

I would buy some if they were reasonably priced and sold in pebbles. As no one sells anything in pebbles any more, I don't buy anything. It's as simple as that.
