The levels required to craft the new Metal Cuffs apparel seem to increment inconsistently. Copper, Iron, and Silver go from 1, 3, and 5 respectively, but Mithril, Lorium, Chaosium, and Gold are all level 1 recipes.
When compared to the other jewelry of the same ore type, I think they're supposed to be the following:
Mithril - Level 10
Lorium - Level 15
Chaosium - Level 20
Gold - Level 25
