Wolf templates that ARENT .psd?

Hello all! I'm trying to make my own custom apparel, but I can't seem to use the templates provided in the shop, which I think is because of the .psd extension.

So, are there any PNG templates I can use? Thanks in advance to anyone who helps! <3

Edit to add: I don't have Photoshop, only ibisPaint, so I think that's an issue too. But I can't get Photoshop so I'm hoping that's fine :) I didn't see anything saying I couldn't use ibisPaint

Does this link help at all? It says you can convert .psd to a format acceptable to ibispaint, but I am not sure if this is no longer the case since I've never used ibispaint personally.
