Starting this thread, because I want to complete the "Moonsblessings!" achievement, but there is not really anyone, who I can send a friend request too without it being an out of the blue, random friend request, without prior interaction. However I am figuring there are probably other players in a similar boat, so if you are looking for someone to send a friend request too, you're in the right place!
The rules:
