Same! I thought I simply misunderstood the patchnote, which simply only mentions 'guppy bites' as being a new addition, so I thought maybe they were just an item that can be found or purchased, rather than a cookable item.. Although I really do hope they are meant to be a result of cooking cause I am drowning in guppies.
It was confirmed as a bug this morning (whenever timezone) on Discord not long after the patch released :)
I had to think twice too before making that post. What decided me is that the new recipes are on the same list and are already sold in the MM and craftable.

Oh yeah, I'm sure they will update it here somewhere; looks like a lot of things broke this morning so the list is probably growing quicker than it can be updated right now. I panicked too this morning as I really want to cook those tiny fish
