Man oh man, I don't think I'm "old" in the term of broader society, but certainly in terms of petsite users! So many random physical issues... trying to take them on one at a time. Current challenge: neck & back pain. My scoliosis doesn't make it easy. Went to a chiro for the first time a couple days ago and can't say I enjoyed it. Was a really weird and kinda scary experience. I won't return. No cracky the backy please.

ever checked out the clearance section at La-Z Boy distributors?? my spouse had back troubles post-covid and we got him one of their chairs that has lumbar support. he can adjust how much support he wants with a remote. 100% worth the money, still expensive as heque but we spent $900 when they usually go for $3-4k.

I took a nap and now my entire leg hurts :(

@Stellori have you seen a chiropractor for it? Mine got me sorted immediately, I have one sided hip problems because one leg is like a quarter inch shorter than the other. I did ballet for decades and it probably made my ligaments/joints weak so my dominant leg kinda got crammed into the hip joint from being abused so much. He'd just give the shorter leg a few good yoinks and it would get my by for a few months.

I've also got tooth problems. My wisdom teeth were still inside my jaw with no roots back when they should have been trying to grow in, so my dentist just left them. But at the ripe age of 30 they decided to start growing in, but they're all impacted so now it's a really bad time. I don't have insurance and it would cost about $2500 so I guess this is my life now lol.

My relationship is old enough to get an account on pet sites, and it started after I graduated high school.

I'm tired all the time, and my knee aches in cold/damp weather. My joints pop for no apparent reason. I also think looking at appliances is a great past time, and I still like to brag about my vacuum cleaner I got on clearance.

@DerpFox worry not! this thread is for old-spirited behavior/topics/complaints/memes, so your number age doesn't matter. but for your ego, you are but a spring chicken <3 so spry! it's funny how our perception of "old" changes as we age though lol. my partner said this year "now i'm the age i used to pick for my characters if i wanted them to seem old" and that cracked me up / stuck with me. we still feel so young in the grand scheme of things.
