"You cannot add that amount of water" in Farming

I've found that, more than once, an error has occurred with me attempting to use the "Fill" tool while farming. Occasionally when I press this after I refill compost, I will have a popup that states that I cannot "add that amount of water at the moment" despite me 1. having enough water and, 2. the plants still needing water. This bug requires me to leave the page or refresh it to fix, which means it isn't catastrophic, but still awfully annoying.

Are you quickly pressing the water and compost at the same time? I have found I have to do one at a time and wait for one to finish before attempting to fill the second, or that message will appear. I'm willing to bet that if you fill water first and then immediately fill compost, you'll get the same message.

Yeah if you don't wait for one to show that it is filled, it'll do that. It still fills at least, so it's just a visual error. I have this happen a lot when it decides to randomly lag when I'm trying to fill stuff.
