[Seasonal Event] Extended Shop Time for Seasonals

Hello, I know this may seem excessive, but I think having an extra hour or so after a seasonal ends to spend the rest of your tickets would be beneficial.

I forgot to use a good chunk of mine because I was too bust actually earning the tickets to spend them :(

I am not a grinder by any means, I just play on and off when I can and hop around onsite, so I forgot to spend my tickets in between.
